Chengshan (English translation: Supporting Mountain)Location: On the posterior midline of the lower leg between UB 40 and UB 60, when extending the toes straight or lifting the heel, the point is below of m. gastrocnemius in the apex of the depression. Indications:
Functions: Relaxes the sinews, activates the meridian, treats the heel and foot, empirical point for hemorrhoids. Needling: Perpendicular insertion 1.0 - 2.0 cun.
